I've bought my family family's cars here for a few years now, they've always taken good care of me and the cars.. Service and repairs. It's also a great place for parts when I've needed them. now, they've always taken good care of me and the cars.. Service and repairs. It's also a great place for parts when I've needed them. More

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Dallas in 2020. I’ve always scheduled an appointment and had no issues. Everyone’s been friendly and I’ve had no complaints until my recent visit this past Saturday. I’ve always scheduled an appointment and had no issues. Everyone’s been friendly and I’ve had no complaints until my recent visit this past Saturday. I came in for my scheduled 10am appointment and was told it would be a few hours. I asked “even with an appointment?” He responded yes. I was coming in for a tire rotation and a screw in one of my tires. I am a VERY patient person. I sat in the lobby and waited for a phone call or my name to be called, which they’ve done every time I’ve been there for the last 5 years. I got a text message with a video of my car saying what was work was done at 11:27am. I sat and watched people who came in well after me, get into their vehicles and leave. Again, I’m a very patient person and know everyone is hard at work and they would let me know once my car is ready. No point in asking. It wasn’t until 2:40Pm, 4 and a half hours after my scheduled appointment that I finally grew impatient. I finally asked “can I get an eta on my car?” To which he responded “I’ve tried calling you multiple times.” I showed him my call log and told him I received not a single call. He then realized he was calling the wrong number. There’s only one number associated to the account. He had the wrong area code. While I understand accidents happen, why didn’t he simply go into the waiting lobby 10 feet from his desk and call out my name? Other employees did it that day so why not him? My car had been ready for pick up since noon. I didn’t get it until past 3:40pm. I sat in that lobby for almost 4 hours longer than ai needed to. Should I have asked sooner? Yes, but he should have done more than calling the incorrect number. More
