In all, I was at the dealership for almost four hours - certainly not all of that was waiting for the financing, and perhaps the fact that it was Saturday slowed things down, but it seemed very long. We took a few weeks to make our decision and he respected our timeframe for doing so. Buying the car was a fair process and given the complexity of today's cars, John spent a great deal of time familiarizing us with its operation before sending us on our way, and invited us to contact him anytime if we have any questions about the car's features, including coming back to see him. John is incredibly pleasant and a gentleman and his "before and after the sale" service to his customers makes him the person to seek out at Morong-Falmouth. More
