Happy Happy Happy What a great experience buying a new car! We did our internet research and really knew what make, model and color car we wanted to buy. We located a car in Mass (2.0 S Platinum Grey convertible) and almost purchased it, sight unseen, over the phone. But with all the hassle of registering an out of state vehicle in Maine, we decided to see if one was available locally. We found the perfect car at Morong VW in Falmouth. This one was a 2.0 SE grey convertible and cost about 4K more than the other car. We talked with Matt Sowles, the general manager, who referred us to John Phillips. We explained our situation and with just a little bit of negotiation we received a much better deal than the one in Mass, so we told John we would buy this car sight unseen. Since a nor’easter was supposed to hit early the next morning, we decided we would pick the car up in an hour. Jordan Lee Bolduc, the finance manager, immediately began working on our paperwork so it would be ready when we arrived. When we get to Morong we met Ann Cote, the sales manager, (and a very nice lady) who introduced us to John. John already had the car detailed (thank you detailer) so when we arrived it was sitting there gleaming. Jordan (another nice lady) took us into her office and finished all the signings of documents in twenty minutes. John then went over a few things about the car and away we went. This car is really for my wife, since she had a grey 2008 VW convertible that she liked a lot. She is super pleased with it and is looking forward to springtime and driving with the top down. Thanks to all the people at Morong for making this such a pleasant experience. More

David Menapace was extremely patient and helpful as we explored leasing options, and John Phillips was the same as he explained the technological functionality available in the new vehicle. Jordan Lee Bolduc was excellent in explaining the essence of every document presented for signing. John's follow-up post delivery has been outstanding. I feel very positive about the entire experience. And, yes, I just love the car! More
