I cannot say enough good things about Subaru of Jacksonville! I just turned in my leased 2021 Crosstrek and purchased a new 2024 one. It was a pleasant and painless experience. My wife and I had a great experience at this dealership! Everyone we came across was nice and welcoming! Never felt pressured or rushed. Outstanding and straightforward salesman John Pitts ended up selling us not one but two Outbacks. I have had an Outback since 2004 purchased at this dealership, and ongoing service for that vehicle has also up selling us not one but two Outbacks. I have had an Outback since 2004 purchased at this dealership, and ongoing service for that vehicle has also been outstanding and straightforward. That vehicle is about to be 20 years old, has almost 140,000 miles, and has been wonderful. We kept that old vehicle, which we will now use as a truck for those dirty jobs. More

We just bought our 2nd car from John Pitts at Suburu of Jackonsonville. I didn’t want to buy from them because I hate driving in Jackonsonville. However, after visiting 4 dealerships in Brunswick we went b Jackonsonville. I didn’t want to buy from them because I hate driving in Jackonsonville. However, after visiting 4 dealerships in Brunswick we went back to Suburu and John Pitts because he listened to what I wanted in a car and that is what he showed me and that I s what I bought. He did not try to push what they wanted to sell, he didn’t try to show me alternatives, he didn’t give us the old, “let me talk to my manager”, nor did the manager come out to apply his salesmanship, They just listened carefully and gave me exactly what Iwanted, it was well worth the drive into Jacksonville.
