John Pitts my sales man was very nice efficient and straight to the point he made it seem super easy and cared about my experience. I would also like to mention Danny Kane Jr. in the service advisor de straight to the point he made it seem super easy and cared about my experience. I would also like to mention Danny Kane Jr. in the service advisor department he was very very nice and attentive you could tell he really wanted to help in any way he could. he helped me with the service on my trade in and is the one who even brought to my attention trading in and would be an option for me and sent me to talk to John now I have my brand new 2023 legacy and couldn’t be happier!! We did have to wait a little bit for the stop sale but I will say it was well worth the wait we are super pleased with Subaru of jacksonville. More

My husband and I went to look at a Crosstrek I'd seen online, but it was sold by the time we got there. Thanks to John and AJ, however, I was able to buy another one that same day. I was leasing another vehicle (Toyota), and my lease was expiring. I went to the dealership to see my options and was treated very poorly . I decided then to check another dealer and ended up going to Subar expiring. I went to the dealership to see my options and was treated very poorly . I decided then to check another dealer and ended up going to Subaru because I like the cars, but I was in for a treat! From the moment we walked through the door we were treated with the ultimate respect, professionalism and appreciation! That did for us! John and RJ were so nice, helping us to make a decision, ordering the car we want, financing, everything! We love our brand new car and I’m so happy we went to Subaru!! More
