John Pitts has assisted us with all three of our purchases, and we love coming to see him, as he is a wealth of knowledge and always offers exceptional customer service. Bruce was quick to jump in and assist when John was not available, and Juan helped out too. Financing has always been a breeze. They are upfront and will work with you to provide realistic options for your budget. Ovidio did a great job making sure we understood everything about our contract. All in, it only took about two hours from the time we walked through the door to the time we drove off the lot with our certified, pre owned Grand Cherokee.
