We dreaded going to a dealership based on past terrible experiences. We were very interested in a Legacy that was listed and bit the bullet and headed to Subaru of Jacksonville. We were blown away! John accompanied us on our test drive and was very helpful answering our questions. When we got back Juan Hernandez took over and explained all the car's options. He was like a friend! When we picked up our car he paired both of phones with the car's system and told us to call any time if we had questions down the road. Ryan in finance was also great He was so friendly and down to earth. It's obvious that these men love their jobs! They took their time and didn't rush us through the process like we've experienced at other dealerships. We love this place! Thank you for welcoming us to the family! More
