John Pitts has assisted us with all three of our purchases, and we love coming to see him, as he is a wealth of knowledge and always offers exceptional customer service. Bruce was quick to jump in and assist when John was not available, and Juan helped out too. Financing has always been a breeze. They are upfront and will work with you to provide realistic options for your budget. Ovidio did a great job making sure we understood everything about our contract. All in, it only took about two hours from the time we walked through the door to the time we drove off the lot with our certified, pre owned Grand Cherokee. Purchasing a car has been very stressful in the past, but the wonderful staff at Subaru of Jacksonville has changed that for us. Definitely the best dealership in Jacksonville! Thank you! More

We dreaded going to a dealership based on past terrible experiences. We were very interested in a Legacy that was listed and bit the bullet and headed to Subaru of Jacksonville. We were blown away! John accompanied us on our test drive and was very helpful answering our questions. When we got back Juan Hernandez took over and explained all the car's options. He was like a friend! When we picked up our car he paired both of phones with the car's system and told us to call any time if we had questions down the road. Ryan in finance was also great He was so friendly and down to earth. It's obvious that these men love their jobs! They took their time and didn't rush us through the process like we've experienced at other dealerships. We love this place! Thank you for welcoming us to the family! More
