Andrew is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I told him what car I wanted and he went right to work to make it mine. I gave him the information on my trade in and within a day or 2 he had an out the door price for me. I approved that price. My friend and I went down to Jacksonville to turn in my trade in and pick up my new Suburu Outback Onyx. My friend and her husband had just bought a jeep at a dealer in Brunswick,GA. She was with me during the entire time during this process at Suburu of South Jacksonville. We met Andrew and he was just as nice and helpful in person. We went through the paperwork. Then he gave us a tour of the maintenance department. We were so impressed. It was so organized, big and clean. Ovi came to get us to do the management paperwork. He was very nice. It turned out that when I was in the US Army in West Berlin in 1978-1981 working at Checkpoint Charlie and patrolling the American sector of West After that we went out to the car Berlin, he was on the other side of the wall in Romania. I’m glad he escaped. Their loss our gain. Then we went out to the car and Andrew showed us how to operate the car, hooked up our phones and put on my favorite radio station. Then we went back up to St Simons very happy. My friend said, that was the easiest car buying experience I have ever seen. I said, oh, didn’t your car buying go like that? She said, Oh No! More

My husband and I purchased our 2025 Outback Touring XT over the phone through salesperson, Tony Signorile. He dealt with us remotely initially and then again a week later when we drove down from Savannah, over the phone through salesperson, Tony Signorile. He dealt with us remotely initially and then again a week later when we drove down from Savannah, GA to pick up our new vehicle. We could not have been happier with the whole process. Tony made it a breeze. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for the perfect buying experience. We were introduced to John Pitts before we left with our new Outback. His title is Love Encore Delivery Specialist but I think he is an expert in all things Subaru. He sent me home with a note pad and instructions to write down any questions about my new car that I might come across with which I may need help. Although, this is our second Outback this new one has some upgraded features that our 2018 Outback Touring did not have. I called John to ask him how to get my hands free tailgate to work and he walked me through it over the phone. Then today we drove down to have some accessories added, window air deflectors and door edge guard. John took care installing those items himself. He was so professional and efficient while also being extremely personable. He answered a few more questions for me and helped get my husband set up in the new car's system for which I was very appreciative as I could not figure it out. So to sum this up, Tony made buying this vehicle a seamless process and John made learning all the things about our Subaru's features easy and enjoyable. He also educated us on a lot of Subaru's history and told us the background of those vintage Subarus in the showroom! I have his card in my wallet should I discover more things I need help with in the future. More
