But from my interactions with John in online sales, to my salesperson Brenna and finally Josh who handled the financial end, I was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone was kind, patient and so helpful with all of my needs and particular nuances. For once I left a dealer with a new car feel 100% happy with my experience. Brenna in particular was the best part of this experience. She has such a kind demeanor really knew what she was doing.
