John treats his customers like family. I bought our first Subaru for my son, a 2014 WRX STI, from him nearly 10 years ago. This past weekend, I traded my 2018 Crosstrek Premium for a 202 I bought our first Subaru for my son, a 2014 WRX STI, from him nearly 10 years ago. This past weekend, I traded my 2018 Crosstrek Premium for a 2024 Outback Touring XT. As always, John and his team were professional and efficient flawlessly executing my deal and delivery of the vehicle. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a great deal on the new vehicle. From start to finish, every part of my experience was perfect! I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 1/2 hours which included a full demonstration of every feature of the new vehicle (those features are many on a Touring XT!). I talked to John over months, as I was not really a hot, ready-to-buy customer, and he properly just occasionally reached out to see if I was interested...again, never in a manner that was too much, just occasionally...until it just so happens that everything aligned just right, with a good, negotiated price on a car optioned exactly as I wanted that arrived on the lot. From there, the negotiation and final price was again very up front and straightforward. Also nice words for Johnny Poole for the finalized negotiation, and Travis Holtzclaw. At the time of this posting, the dealership was very busy on the weekend with a lot of interested customers, so if you go on a Saturday, I would plan appropriately regarding time. Overall, I would have to rate this purchase as the best car buying/transaction experience I've had in the past 40 years...the previous ones being from non-Subaru dealerships; this is my first Subaru purchase ever. More

I inquired about a 2017 Lincoln MKX. I received a (nonchalant) call stating the car was being looked over by their mechanic. That was over 10 days ago. No worries, I bought my 2019 Lincoln from Auto Gallery in Duluth! I guess their making too much money at Kennesaw Subaru to worry about a $30,000.00 sale..LOL!..I'm happy. I referred a friend to Auto Gallery yesterday, as they have a $100.00 referral fee! More
