No games, no drama! We're from Tuscaloosa, but we drove the 3.5 hours to this dealership because they were so easy to work with. I had a written deal from a different dealership in Birmingham, and I wanted to see if anyone could (would) beat it, so I sent the deal around to other dealerships in the Southeast. Subaru of Kennesaw was the first to get back with me, and they thoroughly evaluated everything in the deal, including my trade, all from a distance! They ended up beating the deal by $200 and gave me a better financing rate to boot. There was no hassling, no games of "let me go talk to my manager", I knew what I wanted and they delivered. John Settineri was experienced, knowledgable, treated us as equals, and even offered me a Rice Krispy treat when my blood sugar got low. Steve Abad in finance was prepared and organized, and we left the whole experience feeling good both about our car and our deal. I'm loving my new Outback, and would make the trip again back to this dealership. Highly recommend! More

Trying to make an appointment to get the 115k maintance done I called last week to make an appointment to get my 115k service which includes the timing belt etc. not a cheap service . A service advisor called me back last week to confirm my appt. for 12/12:30. I tried to call him back again to confirm and no return call. I call today and now they have my appt. set at 2:00. It's a good thing I called a 2 hour difference is a big deal to me. I've tried calling and no answer. This is the second Subaru I've bought and may be the last because the service is terrible. It's sad when they send your email to get your car service and you tried and you can't even accomplish the task . They must not need customers. More

We decided last minute to swing into the dealership and look at the car we saw online. John was busy with another customer and thats when we meet Shelly. At first I was not sure,I like dealing with the same person I started with but she put us at easy. Shelly was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experince fast, fun and easy. Once we got done with Shelly he had to go to the dreaded finance guy. Thats usually were the pressure come with all the extras. We meet Carlos and he was great also. Very knowledgeable and expalined everything. Did not force anything on you. During the whole process John the orginal person we talked to online came and checked on us. No one likes going to the car dealerships because of the pressure they put on you and games they play etc. BUT they did not do that here. We enjoyed the experience and got a great car at a great price with great service. We will defintly be buy our next car at Subaru of Kennesaw. Go see Shelly and see for yourself.
