First off, let me say that Crown Acura is indeed lucky to have Ashley as their Concierge/Vehicle Account Manager. She is true to her word and wonderful to work with. Ashley is without doubt a “class act” and a pleasure to deal with. She made the entire interaction effortless and enjoyable. We went over my preferences and options and she immediately went to work pulling all the details together. I couldn’t have asked for a more superb customer experience. And Ashley then had me meet with Ashlee Proefke in Sales who was equally impressive to review options and finalize my deal on a new 2021 RDX. The entire process went seamlessly and I’m so appreciative of Ashley’s expert assistance throughout! She, John Shaw (my long time Service Advisor) and Ashley Proefke proved to be a fantastic team.
