John has been my long-standing Service Advisor and is always terrific and ensures quality work and a thorough inspection whether it’s a routine scheduled maintenance or an unexpected issue that needs to be addressed. My visit on 1 February 2019 is a perfect example of the professionalism John and the Crown team are renowned for. It began as a routine maintenance appointment (oil change/tire rotation) but a tire sensor light thought to be faulty in fact revealed a large screw puncture in front left tire. Also, further inspection revealed a battery on its last gasp. Thanks to John and the mechanics I avoided getting stuck somewhere in the next few days either with a flat tire or a dead battery. THANK YOU John!! Fantastic customer service and expertise. John’s fabulous. And always looks to provide quality service with an equally fair and cost-conscious price. On a recent trip in this month for service, from the time I arrived (everything was all set for my appointment) until the time I picked up my car (which was already in the lane to be picked up) I felt personally very well cared for and confident that my car would also be handled in the same manner!
