Great attitude and service, lots of space to work!!!! I had the pleasure of working with John Shaw recently Crown Acura. This was my first time at this dealership. I wanted an oil change and there were I had the pleasure of working with John Shaw recently Crown Acura. This was my first time at this dealership. I wanted an oil change and there were a few medium to small issues I needed to correct with my Acura. I am big on customer service. From the time I pulled up I was treated with a smile and walked to John. He was very knowledgeable and recommended only the services I needed at the time. A big thing for me I work remote for my job so I like to work at the dealership while I wait on my car. The dealership has lots of space to do just that!! When I asked John if there was a good place to take a call he took me to an empty office and I was able to work take calls. It was great!! Additional there was an issue with a tire that another place had completed. Instead of just telling me the issue he took me into the garage and showed me on my car. I have been to other Acura dealerships in the area multiple times. They are rude and have very little space to wait on your car or even work. I will definitely be back at this place. More

When I decided to "trade up" for my 2017 RDX, John referred me to Chris. What an outstanding experience it was. After turning in a full-size Hyundai Santa Fe to Crown, I felt I wanted to look at a Pre-0wned Acura RDX. Chris found a nice clean one that filled the bill. We drove it. I decided to take it I drove it home. and all seemed well with it. Within 24 hours I came to the realization that the car was too small! I emailed my concern right away. Chris and Gary went to work, found me a (larger) MDX and cheerfully went about swapping the two cars. They did this at no extra cost, over and above the price difference in the two vehicles. It’s really nice to know that you have your Acura dealer and it’s skilled professionals behind you when you have a hiccup in judgement, as I did is assessing the size of the RDX. That’s why we’ve bought or leased about 8 cars from Crown Acura...and we’ll buy more! On an additional level, Chris Duncanson is OUTSTANDING! He is so pleasant to deal with, and his care, consideration courtesy and professionalism present themselves at every step. We bought two cars that day instead of one. We set out to buy one, and it all went so smoothly, we decided to turn in my wife’s lease Acura TLX early and get the 2019 version. Call it Karma if you like, but we felt very comfortable with the second car, knowing that Chris, Gary, Ray, Jon, Sophie, John et al, are all right there to take care of us at all times, each and every step of the way!
