Top shelf service I have leased my last 6 vehicles from Crown Acura. John Shaw has been my service advisor for every one of them. He is knowledgeable and professional. I have leased my last 6 vehicles from Crown Acura. John Shaw has been my service advisor for every one of them. He is knowledgeable and professional. John takes the time to listen to what you need for your car. He is personable and friendly and I have found him to be extremely ethical. Dealership service departments typically get rough treatment by review sites like this one. Crown Acura in general and a John Shaw in particular are the exception to that rule. I highly recommend them. More
