Subaru of America had a "Stop Sale" for SOS communication module problems upon arrival of my 2023 Outback Touring XT. However, Bill kept me posted regularly via e-mail and text messages on resolution of the SOS issue and availability of my trailer hitch option which was back ordered. With a brand-new vehicle, I haven't utilized the Service Department of Concordville Subaru yet so I can't comment. However, my new vehicle was expertly prepared, washed, waxed and thoroughly cleaned internally the day I picked it up. When I am ready for a new Subaru in the future, Concordville Subaru will certainly be my first choice of dealership. More
