John also had a pronounced understanding of the changes between our current Forester and the 2023s. John alerted us to the arrival of our vehicle and facilitated the start of the paperwork. The process flowed very smoothly. It is a pleasure talking with John, as besides his automotive knowledge he is obviously a very intelligent and polite gentleman. When it comes time to replace our older model we will only be calling John Shields. More

Mr. Bill Still was my salesman, we immediately hit it off upon our first meeting and I had an excellent sales experience and relationship with Bill. Subaru of America had a "Stop Sale" for SOS communication upon our first meeting and I had an excellent sales experience and relationship with Bill. Subaru of America had a "Stop Sale" for SOS communication module problems upon arrival of my 2023 Outback Touring XT. However, Bill kept me posted regularly via e-mail and text messages on resolution of the SOS issue and availability of my trailer hitch option which was back ordered. With a brand-new vehicle, I haven't utilized the Service Department of Concordville Subaru yet so I can't comment. However, my new vehicle was expertly prepared, washed, waxed and thoroughly cleaned internally the day I picked it up. When I am ready for a new Subaru in the future, Concordville Subaru will certainly be my first choice of dealership. More
