D your due diligence before trusting Lakeland Volkswagen with warranty related repairs. Over Thanksgiving, my 2021 Atlas began repeatedly stalling and throwing a “Start/Stop Error.” The vehicle shut off with warranty related repairs. Over Thanksgiving, my 2021 Atlas began repeatedly stalling and throwing a “Start/Stop Error.” The vehicle shut off while driving with my wife and our two week old newborn in the car. The dealership diagnosed a failed EVAP carbon canister — covered under Volkswagen’s 15-year / 150,000 mile extended warranty. At the same time, they documented heavy deformation of the fuel tank and said it needed replacement. While waiting at the dealer service department, I researched this issue in this group and on VW forums. Fuel tank collapse is widely recognized as a consequential failure tied to EVAP malfunction. I raised this with the Service Advisor. Despite that, I was offered what was framed as a “discount” and required to pay over $1,200 out of pocket for the tank. Damage that was directly connected to a covered component. I escalated the matter to VW Customer Care. After months of back and forth emails, they sided with the dealership, labeled it “outside of warranty assistance,” promised a Regional Case Manager would call within one business day, and that call never came. No policy based explanation was ever provided. This isn’t about the money. It’s about safety, accountability, and protecting my family. More

I have been going to Lakeland VW to service my vehicle for the last 2 1/2 years. In all that time I have been happy with their service every time except once, 2 visits ago. So on my last visit, I notifi for the last 2 1/2 years. In all that time I have been happy with their service every time except once, 2 visits ago. So on my last visit, I notified Ashleigh of the problem I had during that previous visit. She notified the service manager of my problem, and I have to admit they went above and beyond to correct the problem and satisfy me to the point I will never take my car anywhere else to be serviced. Kudos to Ashleigh and her team. More

Rip off lying cheating perks! I had horrible experience from start to end. I was told lie after lie and then attempted to charge me 900 to let me know if it was covered repair.ser I had horrible experience from start to end. HAD ANITHER GARAGE DIAGNOSE it...and still NOT repaired! HIS SENSE N OF SMELL IS WAY OFF! It was what we told him..slave cylinder..NOT clutch. He could SMELL clutch...then told me 900 bill..not covered! They never even LOOKED! He simply SNIFFED! Had he mot been off work the one day..I wouldn't have found out what a lying cheat xxx this guy was. And all of this and my car is still not repaired! I guess I will bring it in and abandon it on YOUR lot! More
