Rick Gordon was great. He worked with me on the price of my trade in, even though I owed more than it was worth. He was responsive and kept me informed. Cameron was a great finance guy, he didn’t get pushy with the extended warranty and explained the price and interest rates before I signed. Greg was also very helpful. If I was to purchase a Ford in the future I would take the hour ride from New Haven to do business with this dealership. The place was clean and organized. Everyone seemed happy. More
