I bought my car and the next day I had a problem with the module. I was stuck on the turnpike until Larry from roadside assistance came to help me. He told me I would have to wait an hour, and then he told Larry that I didn’t want to wait and asked if he wanted to repair the car for me. I did not appreciate his attitude or the way he handled the situation. More

My 2007 Escalade was towed in to dealership, unable to start with an engine code " reduced engine power". It took two weeks for my mother's vehicle to be evaluated. When vehicle was fixed, I took delivery start with an engine code " reduced engine power". It took two weeks for my mother's vehicle to be evaluated. When vehicle was fixed, I took delivery of escalade and the driver side windsheild wiper was missing and the metal windsheild wiper arm without the wiper blade scraped across the driverside windshield. John was very instrumental in fixing the issue since the blades were no longer in stock. One of the staff were able to locate the new blades then they were installed 45 min later. Please have staff inspect vehicles prior to delivering to customer. Every staff member has an integral part in customer service and quality control. When one system fails, it is reflective upon everyone. Please make provisions with in-operable vehicles towed in as an emergency to have a quick evaluation for the vehicles to be prioritized based on diagnosis and not left on back lot for two weeks before being looked at. By doing so the customer is informed sooner. Maybe a tech can be assigned to such vehicles and have a better vehicle turn around time and customer experience. Time is money not only for your dealership but your customers too! More
