The GM Protection Plan Warranty- Platinum for my 2019 GMC Yukon is not functioning for the customer or the dealer. Even after providing policy number, point of purchase and copy of GMPP contract, it took 5 Yukon is not functioning for the customer or the dealer. Even after providing policy number, point of purchase and copy of GMPP contract, it took 5 days for Stan McNabb Chevrolet to obtain an approval for warranty work. According to the service mgr, this is not unique to SM Chevrolet or the other 50 + service managers in his region. Respectfully submitted. More
