From the moment I walk in, Bob greets me with a friendly, professional att now, and I have to say that Bob, my service advisor, is truly outstanding. From the moment I walk in, Bob greets me with a friendly, professional attitude and always makes sure I understand exactly what’s going on with my car. He takes the time to explain the work that needs to be done, answers all my questions honestly, and never tries to upsell me on things I don’t need. I really appreciate how transparent and trustworthy he is — it makes the whole experience stress-free. Bob keeps me updated throughout the process, so I’m never left wondering when my car will be ready. He goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied every time. And when I picked it up, I was so impressed with how clean it was — they went above and beyond to make sure it looked great inside and out. The detail department is top notch ..
