I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and John was helpful, expeditious, and quickly figured out that I knew what I wanted along Subaru CrossTrek. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, and John was helpful, expeditious, and quickly figured out that I knew what I wanted along with what I did NOT want. What I wanted was a fast, friendly, and easy car buying experience. I got it, along with a cheerful smile. What I did not want was to waste a lot of time on options, financing plans, and extras I knew I would not use. John made sure to cover the options available, but didn't pressure me to take things I did not want. Overall, this was a great experience, I would recommend, and I would buy another car from Subaru Superstore, in particular from John. More
