You get more at Superior Honda I just purchased a used 2016 Honda CR-V. When we bought it I noticed something wrong with the molding. Jason wrote it up for me to bring it back. Whil I just purchased a used 2016 Honda CR-V. When we bought it I noticed something wrong with the molding. Jason wrote it up for me to bring it back. While it was at home I noticed a noticed another problem. When I brought it back to get the molding fixed I explained to Jason what I found. It was something to see Jason assemble the whole Honda teem to not only look into the problem but make suggestions on how to ta1ke care of the problem. When I picked up my CR-V I was more then pleased with the results. Looks like I will be using Superior Honda for all my service needs. A big thank you to the Honda team and Jason. More

This dealership does not know the meaning of "out the door" My previous honda accord was totaled by another driver, and after searching around for weeks for a car through multiple dealers, I decided to come to My previous honda accord was totaled by another driver, and after searching around for weeks for a car through multiple dealers, I decided to come to superior Honda and they placed me with Abdul since he was one of their top rated salesman. However, when my father, my husband, and myself asked him multiple times if the price for the honda pilot we chose included "everything out the door", he told all 3 of us yes each time. Well, he did not include everything in the price even though we asked him to multiple times. I found this out when I tried to buy tags for my car and the total came to $2,608.85. The taxes, title, and fees were supposed to be included in the price of the car when signing the papers, as I do not have that much money that I can pay upfront. When I went back to complain about this, he fed my husband and myself a bunch of crap about "out the door" meaning only the price of the car and the $99 documentation fee and that's it, no title, taxes, or other fees. When we continued to question him about why other honda dealerships have incldeded everything in the price of our previous Honda's we bought when I asked for "everything out the door", he told us well it means something different here and that we have to specify that we want to add taxes, fees, title, all of it, and he got up and walked away. I have received better service from Honda Cars of Bellevue and other Honda dealerships than this. I will not do anymore business with Abdul or this dealership. More

I found the van I was looking for online and contacted them, I'm not local but went ahead and made the drive up and was SO glad I did. I initially talked with John on the phone before coming and Chuck came into show me the vehicle on his day off. He was waiting for me when I arrived, was very welcoming, and VERY knowledgeable on the odyssey. John was there as well, him and Chuck were both so helpful and great to work with. There were a few knicks on the vehicle, but they repaired them super quick before I left without hesitation. The gas tank was already full and ready for me to leave. I really didn't have to ask for anything. It was a great experience. I've been recommending them to everyone and I wouldn't hesitate to make the drive back to buy another vehicle in the future! Thank you so much! I LOVE my Odyssey! More
