We noticed a small hairline crack on the dashboard facia a few weeks after delivery. Nearly 4 months later, the dealer will still not resolve. We went to Universal as they were the local Costco auto program partner. The process while long was overall good. We didn’t find what we wanted on the lot so the sales person took us on the back lot to fin program partner. The process while long was overall good.
