Usman, thank you for the feedback. You were in contact with our team for over two weeks and at no point did we ever tell you the vehicle was on hold for you. The only way we reserve a vehicle is with verified proof of funds or approved financing and agreed pricing. As a high volume nationwide retailer, we cannot hold vehicles based solely on intent, and we apply this policy fairly to every customer. You chose to wait for a 401k loan to fund, which we respect, however without verified funds we cannot remove a vehicle from the market. Asking for confirmation of funds prior to pickup is standard practice to protect all customers and ensure inventory is handled fairly and transparently. Calling our team “frauds” and “bullies” simply because you missed out on a vehicle is not accurate and frankly comes across as emotional and unfair. We treat every guest with respect, and while we understand this situation was frustrating for you, resorting to name calling does not change the facts. We wish you the best in your Porsche search and hope your next transaction goes smoothly.
