I had an excellent experience with the purchase of my car which I just received 7/2/2022. Johnny, my salesman, was friendly and professional and made the entire process easy. This was very important as I was purchasing the car from out of state and would not be able to inspect it in person. Johnny assisted me with recommendations for financing as well as guiding me through the out of state inspection process. When it came time to sign off on my paperwork, Masoud, from financing, was very patient with me and clarified everything. He was also available for any questions. Maserati & Alfa Romeo-ecarOne made everything so easy. This is my 6th car purchase and anyone who has ever purchased a car before knows it can be a very unpleasant and daunting experience. My car was delivered yesterday and it was even more beautiful in person. Even the delivery driver commented on how nice of a car it is.
