eCarOne was my saving "grace"' I went to three luxury car dealerships in my area. Sewell BMW of Plano, Lexus of Plano, and Mercedes Benz of Plano. Upon arriving, on their lots, I was completely ignored a car dealerships in my area. Sewell BMW of Plano, Lexus of Plano, and Mercedes Benz of Plano. Upon arriving, on their lots, I was completely ignored and disregarded as a potential customer by so-called sophisticated sales agents. Not one salesperson or staffer welcomed me, nor did they speak one word to me. I did not feel like a valued customer. A stranger informed me about a Sales Manager named Scott Traylor and told me I had to go to eCarOne if I wanted to be valued, and truly given top tear customer service. After such rude behaviors, I must admit I was extremely skeptical, fearing I would receive the same treatment as the previous dealerships. BOY WAS I WRONG!! eCarOne made my whole experience worthwhile. I was there less than one hour and Johnny Tran my sales agent had gotten me approved for a 2021 Mercedes Benz that had less than 12K miles. I never thought in this lifetime I would be blessed with my first luxury car. when I walked into eCarOne the first message I saw on their wall was " Our Role in the Community is Greater than Just Selling Cars" It was at this moment I knew someone was for me and not against me. Both JT and Scott made me feel worthy, that my voice mattered. To simply put it in words they truly were the light that guided my path. They saw a need and they both showed extraordinary determination to ensure I received my dream car. Not everyone will be for you in a society where customer service is slipping away. But these two gentlemen are redefining the meaning of customer service..Thank you for all your kindness and for making it possible for me to drive away with my graduation present to myself.
