Amazing! I told Jeremy what sort of vehicle I was looking for. He spent quite a bit of time giving me information on different vehicles. I appreciated the fact that he took into consideration the certain features that I was looking for and made sure the vehicles I looked at were ones that I would actually purchase! After a few different test drives and weeks of deciding, Jeremy picked out this Cadillac XT5 for an upgrade from my previous Cadillac SRX. He knew I loved the features on my Cadillac so he focused on what I wanted and spent the extra time showing me each new features that the new car had. He also spent time setting up my Onstar services to make sure they were correct without the hassle of me figuring it out. After my purchase, I made a trip back to pick up my new floor mats, Jeremy took my car for a clean up, and the staff at Gateway put the floor mats in for me! Not to mention, the entire staff is always smiling and willing to help each customer. I truly appreciate my experience with Gateway & look forward to services and future purchases with such friendly and personable staff! More

All in all we were out of the dealership in a coupe hours. Chris proceeded to help even more after the vehicle was purchased by showing us tips and tricks to the vehicle.
