All in all we were out of the dealership in a coupe hours. Chris proceeded to help even more after the vehicle was purchased by showing us tips and tricks to the vehicle. This is not the first vehicle I’ve purchased through Gateway Chevrolet, but I can proudly say every time the experience has gotten better and I would gladly recommend this dealership and this salesman to everyone! No pressure sale. Great experience. I knew exactly what I was looking for, a Jeep Compass, and had been at the Jeep dealership. Jeep pressured me to purchase and talked in circles when I I knew exactly what I was looking for, a Jeep Compass, and had been at the Jeep dealership. Jeep pressured me to purchase and talked in circles when I questioned them. Fed up I called Gateway to ask if they had what I was looking for even though they were a Chevy dealership. They did, it was an excellent experience and no pressure or talking in circles, everything was clearly explained. Only complain, I was not able to put the purchase on my credit card to earn points. I make a lot of high dollar purchase on my card to earn points, then payoff balance. Highly recommend my salesman Clark! More

They didn't have the one she wanted, but they quickly found one at another dealer and had it ready for us the next day. He made himself available to make sure she knew all the differences of the vehicles and the pros and cons to each as well.
