I didn't enjoy the negotiating. I told the sales rep multiple times where I needed my payment to be and kept having to repeat that and they eventually came down to where I was comfortable. I don't understand if that's where it could've been, why wasn't that offered right away? I get that the dealership needs to make money, but for what you're going to turn around and sell my trade in for, still making quite a bit... I gave up a lot of options of what my previous vehicle had and didn't get all the options I wanted in my vehicle. I was told it had Bluetooth and found out that the option was deleted AFTER the Papers where signed. Also was told it had satellite radio and also didn't have that... More

I bought my first vehicle from them 17 years ago. I had horrible experiences from other dealerships that wouldn't take my purchase seriously because I was so young. It took until I met Jon Cole, that someone was willing to help me find what I needed and to take me seriously. I bought two vehicles from him the same day. They are always willing to go above and beyond for me and my family and friends. I live 4 hours away and have had one of their sales people, Jeremy Jensen personally drive my newly purchased vehicle to me. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and actually cares about helping you find what you want/need. He will go over every feature of your car for you and help get everything set up as well. Jon is great at getting the best deal for your trade/purchase and is also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have never purchased a vehicle from anywhere else and never will. More
