The shop lead rushed and just didn't do the job well. Literally wrong grill put on. Wrong color bumper, left broken panels unrepaired, did not fix damage scratches, and now there's some new smell of cool Literally wrong grill put on. I came in for the 9 th time with same brake problem. Time they refused to take care of the brake problem which I have had from day one. They blame Ford parts as the problem and that they did not see a p Time they refused to take care of the brake problem which I have had from day one. They blame Ford parts as the problem and that they did not see a problem. It is the same noise from front driver side brake. They refused to take care of the problem. I have been there 9 times for same problem it keeps returning. They tried to blame it on driver but this problem was there from day one and continues. They were dismissive . I will also contact Ford with their responce and lack of attention. Service dept is poor. The sale just as poor for selling a vehicle with this problem. More
