I am Jon Fridinger, Service Manager at Cedar Rapids Toyota. I have been with Cedar Rapids Toyota since April of 2007 and have been in the auto industry since I started detailing cars in high school. It has been great to see all of our loyal customers continue to buy and service their vehicles here over the years. I am originally from Vermont and moved to Iowa in ’97 with my wife Shayna and daughter Allison. Since moving to Iowa our family has grown with our 2nd daughter, Riley and our son, Jacob. We enjoy boating, camping, Iowa football, going to Linn-Mar football games, follow our favorite teams from the east coast (Red Sox, New England Patriots, Bruins hockey), and spend time with our family that is scattered all over the mid-west and east coast. Thank you to all of our customers we have taken care of through the years and we welcome the rest of you to join the Cedar Rapids Toyota Family.

10,000 Mile Service Hi. Spent 75 minutes in the shuttle for a 4pm pick-up back to the dealership. Need 2 drivers that time of day please. Then, at 5:20pm my car was not Hi. Spent 75 minutes in the shuttle for a 4pm pick-up back to the dealership. Need 2 drivers that time of day please. Then, at 5:20pm my car was not done (oil change and tire rotation at 10,000 mile plus a recall). Waited to locate a car for me to drive overnight. Kinda frustrating. Thank you. More

Great service. The service department was very quick to schedule the requested appointment. I experienced no waiting in getting the vehicle in. The results of the service and vehicle inspection were clearly explained to me by Jon Fridinger. His explanation was in "plain talk" thus facilitating my understanding of everything relating to my vehicle. I was pleased to find out that I needed no additional service or repair. I was extremely pleased to find my Tundra had been washed as part of the visit. The customer service area is extremely comfortable and a very pleasant place to wait for my vehicle. More

Last in for serv Nobody's perfect, but..... " Wow!!" Cedar Rapids Toyota dealership from sales, service, parts, financing they are very, very close!! Last in for service on our Rav 4, and Prius C, shortly before that. Appointment was made easily on their website, and confirmed by e-mail. Great service and I was on the road again. Also, used a coupon that was sent to my e-mail from Toyota!! We absolutely LOVE our Toyota's, and will only go to Cedar Rapids Toyota in Hiawatha!! We are life(r)'s. 2 Celica's, 2 Tacoma's, 2 Rav 4's and a Hybrid Prius C !! We are very excited to see and use the NEW Facility !! More
