Service center was great. My vehicle was supposed to be looked at prior to 10am to possibly trade it in but when I got there at 10 it wasn’t looked at and we had to wait an ho My vehicle was supposed to be looked at prior to 10am to possibly trade it in but when I got there at 10 it wasn’t looked at and we had to wait an hour which I found unacceptable as my appt was at 10am. I was low balled for my suv as I had done some searching prior to showing up. The salesman was very nice and helpful and it wasn’t his fault my vehicle wasn’t done by 10am More

Ziegler Racine is a dealership that has high pressured sales individuals. It was pushy and not upfront. I came in to purchase a vehicle from the internet for one price and then told about all the other it sales individuals. It was pushy and not upfront. I came in to purchase a vehicle from the internet for one price and then told about all the other items that need to be paid for as well. Such as low jack. We also requested items that we were told we could get and have now been waiting 3 1/2 weeks for a call back. It was the owner operating manual and a 2nd key. Not that hard for them to get. We were also told that we could take the managers truck as a loaner and just came to find out that was just a line of xx. Anything to get a sale. We’re introduced as VIP customers and once the paperwork was signed he walked past us like we didn’t even exist. Not great customer service or follow through on this dealership. More
