I am on a 7 hour drive, driving north about 3/4s of the way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in a panic. Worried about cost, was i going to make my friends wedding..... So I'm sure i was difficult to handle. I had a fantastic experience while getting my vehicle serviced. From the moment I pulled into the service drive, it was clear that they truly care about both the vehicle and customer. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of cleanliness and professionalism. They put a plastic cover over the driver’s seat, a disposable paper floor mat, and a plastic cover over the steering wheel to make sure nothing inside the vehicle gets dirty during the service. This kind of attention to detail is rare these days and really shows they go the extra while no matter how old or new the vehicle is. More
