He was prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient. I was driving out of there in my new vehicle in about 90 minutes (traded in a car and swapped the plates) from the time I pulled in. There were a couple things that needed attention that couldn't be handled on Saturday due to the service/detail department being closed. Z kept an open line of communication with me and everything got taken care of Monday. I couldn't ask for an easier, or more pleasant car buying experience.
