Bad experience. Advertised a year of Sirius but did not deliver. Truck had a bad battery and I had to wait 3 weeks to get them to fix it. Salesman (Charlie) was nice Advertised a year of Sirius but did not deliver. Truck had a bad battery and I had to wait 3 weeks to get them to fix it. Salesman (Charlie) was nice but the management is untrustworthy. Would not recommend. edit: 10/25/24 I have offered to send a picture of the advertisement showing 1 year of Sirius through email since i can't attach here. I'm kinda over it. More

I spoke to a manager right after the sale and although he "heard me", he was unwilling to do anything. I suggested $100 refund for the Sirius, since he said 1 year subscription was not possible, and I had it in writing. I would have been a satisfied customer, (tbh, i was expecting a check), especially since I paid full asking price.

My car has had problem after problem in the beginning when I bought it it went into the shop more times then I was actually driving it and the first time I got a rental cool but the 2nd time you guys did when I bought it it went into the shop more times then I was actually driving it and the first time I got a rental cool but the 2nd time you guys didn't have any so I had to go w.out a car for 2 weeks when I just dropped 5gs and my trade in car. And then u guys said u did the breaks 😂 ya u did breaks but failed to do the CHOPPED UP ROTORS THAT WERE SO OLD THEY WERE FROZEN AND GROOVES IN IT SO BAD that it ate the "new" brakes you guys put on 5 months ago...so I've had to replace rotors and brakes ALL THE WAY AROUND and I didn't even get into the 3/4 grand work it needed done the very next day I took off lot check engine light flew u guys fixed it cool, but it broke again you guys made me wait 2 weeks to get it looked at just to tell me ugh we xxxxed up we gatta do it again. Honestly u cleared the code did nothing to this car n sold it to me for top dollar. Also the exhaust on this car is def going it sounds horrible when I shut it off $24,000 loan. Thanks for putting me in debt w. A car that's ganna continuously have issues 👍 More
