Best service department in the industry I've been a Nissan owner since 1993 and currently have 3 Nissan cars in my household. I just recently purchased my 4th Nissan vehicle (3rd from Kelly I've been a Nissan owner since 1993 and currently have 3 Nissan cars in my household. I just recently purchased my 4th Nissan vehicle (3rd from Kelly), and did not even shop at any other Nissan Dealers. One main reason, the Kelly service department is the best in the industry. They are the reason why I continue to be a Nissan fan. Yes, Raymond from sales and John from finance did a great job focusing in on my needs, but today’s car owners spend more time in the service department throughout the life of a vehicle. Jon, Rich, Larry and the entire crew make me feel that I'm the most important person when I arrive at the shop. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest and take the time to explain the work that's being done. I truly feel they care about their customers and enjoy what they do. You have a great crew in the service department - make sure you hold onto them. More

Very Happy I've been a customer of Kelly Nissan formerly Cooper Nissan on William Penn Hwy since 2001 when I purchased my 1st Xterra. However used with several h I've been a customer of Kelly Nissan formerly Cooper Nissan on William Penn Hwy since 2001 when I purchased my 1st Xterra. However used with several hundred miles already on it, it was a very reliable vehicle and I was happy owning it for 5-yrs. I traded it for a new 2005 Frontier and was happy owning it for several years as well. Yet, I decided to look into an Xterra again and found myself sold on a 2012 Pro-4X model. A few days ago, I upgraded to the 2015 Pro-4X. All in all, I believe there's no doubt of the long relationship I have with Kelly Nissan not only because I trust the dependability of their vehicles but I also trust this Kelly dealership. I'm very thankful to the members of the sales team: Zach, Leo, & John A. for their courteous attention and patience. I'm also grateful to the members of the service team: Jon M., Larry, Rich, & Dan. Each time I've brought my vehicles in for routine maintenance, I'm comfortable and trust that the service is being performed by skilled & trained professionals. Kelly Nissan has never disappointed me and that's kept me very happy. More

Consistantly reliable, trustworthy and downright neighborly! My experience at Kelly Nissan has always been exceptional. I have been a Service customer at this dealership for over ten years and have NEVER ONCE f My experience at Kelly Nissan has always been exceptional. I have been a Service customer at this dealership for over ten years and have NEVER ONCE felt like I needed a shower after dealing with their team of experts... I can't say that for many other dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. Their Service Director, Jon Miller, runs a clean, tight ship and is ALWAYS willing to work within my budget. My preferred Service Advisor, Larry Hughes, is a wonderfully pleasant and knowledgeable guy, who literally goes out of his way to please his customers by putting himself in their shoes. Larry is consistently able to maintain a perfect balance between getting all necessary repairs done right and working with the needs of his clients. Plus, the mechanics always do fantastic work. I HIGHLY recommend the Service Department of Kelly Nissan on Route 33 in Easton, PA. More

Friendly but horrible service I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy myself a newer used car. Everything was great, I know people who have bought cars here and have had good e I finally bit the bullet and decided to buy myself a newer used car. Everything was great, I know people who have bought cars here and have had good experiences. .. But not a week later I started having problems with my vehicle. I had to return 4 times to have the same problem fixed. They also damaged my car. The manager treated me like a child and talked down to me and also about the car THEY SOLD ME. Sure, they are friendly, but don't expect them to wll you when you have an issue. More

Service - Highly Respected I had a concern with my vehicle and the service department was able to squeeze me in and put my fears aside in a blink of an eye.
