We have been going to Kelly Nissan to get our vehicles serviced for many, many years. Michele Marsh does an exceptional job as our designated service advisor. Michele Marsh has developed annual service plans for all of our vehicles. There are never any surprises during our service visits. Kelly Nissan treats you as part of their family and Kelly Nissan is not only concerned about the well-being of your vehicles, but is interested and concerned in your well-being as a friend. We are always satisfied customers at Kelly Nissan. Besides Michele Marsh, we have been fortunate to have Larry Hughes, Heather Ardle, Rich Engleman, and Jon Miller attend to our service needs. Everyone in the service department treats us with respect and provides the upmost service to our vehicles. That is why we keep coming back to Kelly to get our vehicles serviced. Also, Cindy, the cashier, is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Mike Disora, the General Manager, has assembled a great team under his leadership. Mike has a vast knowledge of all of the cars that are for sale at the dealership. Kelly Nissan will do whatever it takes to get you into the vehicle of your dreams. There is never any pressure dealing with the team at Kelly Nissan. They take the time out of their busy schedules to go through every detail about your current vehicle in order for you to get the most satisfaction with your ride. Michele Marsh always does a great job. She is very thorough and does a great job at explaining the work that needs to be done on your vehicle. First time service since I purchased my brand new Altima. Scheduled online for the following Monday for inspection and a recall. Additionally they were able to do an emissions test without notice.
