I’ll be a colonial Ford Customer for life. Shayne the salesman did a great with his job pressure approach and he was extremely knowledgeable. When they rotated my tires they over-torqued the lug nuts, spline drive type, massively, unbeknownst to me. When a well known tire shop in the area attempted to remove the wheels to check on an imbala nuts, spline drive type, massively, unbeknownst to me. When a well known tire shop in the area attempted to remove the wheels to check on an imbalance issue one nut broke and another twisted, but did not break. The remainder we left alone. I called Colonial and asked talk to the service manager, Jon Rydings, and was told he wouldn't be in until Monday, so I used the email feature of their website to leave a message. I received a text from Molly who said she would speak to him and that he would get back to me shortly. By the end of the day, I texted Molly to let her know that I had still heard nothing. She reiterated that she had made the team aware and that someone would call me shortly. I never heard anything. Since I've only been a service customer there for 20 years, I guess I'm not even entitled to the common courtesy of a reply. More
