My sales rep was very nice but otherwise the whole process was quite a nightmare. We were told one out the door price and then when we sat down with the financing women (who clearly was ready to go somewhere for the evening) was given a COMPLETELY different number. We felt incredibly rushed and talked down to by her and then came out to find a scratch on the car that wasn’t there originally and had occurred during the detailing. When we saw this scratch, the only solution was to drive back down the 4 hours another day to have it fixed. We were also told that the gas tank would be filled for our departure and drove off with a little over half in the tank. Next time, I’d rather pay more and not have to waste a full day to receive such subpar service. More

Immediately I was taken care of by Jonatan and he did incredible job from start to finish with making my family and I feel valued and he made sure I got everything I wanted for my new car!!! Jonatan was fantastic during the test drive, answered all of my questions and met all of my expectations. He even installed my tag in the rain and thanked my family by shaking their hands after his shift ended at 8pm when we were finally leaving at 930pm!!
