He reached out to me via my contact number on my Craigslist ad -- I was selling my elderly father's truck on his behalf. Jonathan was direct, to the point, and friendly. No xx emanating from him, as too many other dealership buyers engage in. We can give Jonathon a middle name: honest. From beginning to end, Jonathan was a man of his word. He did exactly as he said he would do, and his offer price was the highest I received from nearly 10 other dealerships. He was an excellent communicator via our many text messages and phone calls. The sales process was simple: I drove the truck to Royal Moore in Hillsboro for a quick inspection and test drive by the used car manager. While that was happening, Jonathon lost no time drawing up the paperwork. He's incredibly efficient. No more than 15 minutes later, the used car manager confirmed the value of the truck, and that was that. I was given a free Lyft ride back to my home in Vancouver. Yes, they paid for my ride home! Bonus, and it's a big one: Jonathon drove from Hillsboro, Oregon, to Redland, Oregon, a distance of over 40 miles, to bring the paperwork for my father to sign. Now that's a man and a business that wants to succeed by providing over and above customer service! Jonathan, I wish you continued success, and thanks for being incredible to work with.
