I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the entire process, especially when explaining the paperwork. At no point did I feel pressured into purchasing the vehicle, which made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. Their salespeople also REFUSE to provide paper copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents when requested by potential buyers, then, said salesperson NEVER sent the Promised e-mail of the copies of Carfax and Car-Bravo documents. They were AWFULLY Excited and Quick to take my money though. And let's not forget, my wife and I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and 20 minutes to get 4 tires changed....Wow. More
