He took the time to explain the different Subaru SUV models and features and was incredibly patient as my wife changed her mind a few times! What we appreciated most was Zach’s no-pressure approach. He was honest, enthusiastic about the Subaru brand, and made the entire experience enjoyable. He even took the time to show us the service department and explain the complimentary services available. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and professional. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but Zach and the entire team made it a great experience.
