The process at Sport Subaru was the most painless car buying process I’ve ever had. No haggling, no hidden fees, just a very upfront dealership. This is a revision of my previous 4-star review in February. While our experience the night we purchased our car was very good, we've had the opposite experience since. Sport Subaru twice sent our l February. While our experience the night we purchased our car was very good, we've had the opposite experience since. Sport Subaru twice sent our loan payoff to the wrong address (I provided them with the correct one), causing me to pay an additional car payment. It took them 5 weeks and me managing the process to finally get the payoff to the correct location. They've now had an additional 3 weeks (8 weeks total since purchase) to get me the overpayment check they owe me, and while I've been assured it is being processed, I still do not have it and there has been a complete lack of urgency. More

I was extremely happy purchasing our new vehicle from Don Mealey Sport Subaru. All of their staff are very friendly and go out of their way making you feel comfortable. Wendell Ruiz spent a lot of time a Mealey Sport Subaru. All of their staff are very friendly and go out of their way making you feel comfortable. Wendell Ruiz spent a lot of time assisting me with all aspects of the purchase. Wendell not only explained in great detail the vehicle features, he also demonstrated each feature during my test drive. I found Wendell to be an extremely pleasant gentleman and knowledgeable salesman who showed keen interest in my customer satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with from my initial inquiry, thru Sales, then Financing, and finally Management, was exceedingly friendly, helpful, and made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. Thank you Sport Subaru! My Wife loves her new Forester. I'll definitely be back for our next car. More
