This was by far the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership. We were just taking a look. Truly not planning to drive away in a new car. Well, that is exactly what we did. We drove off with a Subaru Impreza Sport. It was exactly what I was looking for. Trevor Jeffery our Sales Consultant was very attentive. He allowed us the time to explore and was so pleasant to work with. Christian the Sales Manager was also very pleasant and to the point. I like that. Jonathan Frisby our Finance gentlemen wow he made the 2+ hours at the dealership fly by. I have had that hated feeling of dealership from many experiences is the past and it is always made me not want to deal with dealerships. But I can honestly say that it was the exact opposite. My husband has always been a fan of the brand and I finally agreed to take a test drive. I was looking at bigger vehicles such as the Honda pilot and Mazda CX9. But, once I added all of the features that I got with my Outback the cost was at least $10k higher and got much lower mpg. The Outback has much better interior room than most in it's class and drives like a beast! I feel like I've gotten the best of everything! I absolutely love my Subaru! More
