They complemented my vehicle and kept talking about how JEEPs maintain their value until it came down to buying it from me, they pulled up the price on my JEEP as if it was in fair condition when it is in excellent condition, just trying to lowball me and wouldn't raise up at all. They said that they wanted my keys to check the mileage and they drove it around to the back of their lot and made me wait roughly an hour to come back to talk about finances. When I showed them similar listing of premium wrx's priced for lower they b.s.ed me and said the base model is worth more and wouldn't come down on the price of their car. Don't bother coming to this dealership unless you don't mind wasting time and money. More

What I did not expect was the odyssey that I went through with the check engine light on the 2013 Subaru Outback 2 weeks after we purchased the vehicle. And the short test drive that I was offered was not long enough for me to detect how badly the vehicle surges and bucks. I wrote a very detailed email to my sales agent, but one and 1/2 months later, I never heard back from anyone. My best advise to you, if you are contemplating purchasing a Subaru, is to Google Subaru check engine light. And to take a really long test drive with a critical eye. The 2013 Outback that we purchased was by far the worst vehicle that we have ever purchased. The vehicle surged and bucked something awful. The boxer engine and the CVT transmission in this vehicle did not convince me. And the dealership was not any help at all. I regret trading in my Honda Odyssey van for a Subaru. Long story short, 11 months later, I purchased another Odyssey van. More

I stumbled onto this dealership by way of USAA car buying service in conjunction with TruCar. The vehicle I looked out was the exact vehicle that I saw when I showed up at the lot. The pictures online (be it their website or USAA) were true to form as far as the condition of the vehicle is concerned. From reaching out to Christine to schedule a test drive, to my sales consultant Jonathan, even the Finance Director Gil were great to deal with. All of them very pleasant and easy to talk with. Jonathan did an outstanding job of explaining all the different features of the vehicle (as I was upgrading from a 2003 to 2018.) He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that I had along the way. The dealership was even able to to beat the APR that I'd been pre-approved for through USAA by a wide margin...still can't believe it. So if you're looking to make I life changing car purchase...You're not gonna find better than Sport Subaru. More
