I think I can speak for most folks when I say car shopping at a dealership can feel like an uphill battle. Yesterday was my fiancé’s a I’s first experience with Sport Subaru. We went in preparing for just that and let me tell you I was caught off guard!…Robert [Duran]our salesman who greeted us when we entered the lobby was refreshing. He was Attentive and gregarious without being overbearing. He was kind but also upfront. No dealer “four square”, no endless confusing scribble on paper or any of the normal games salesman’s use. Numbers were printed out in a clear easy to understand format. I was given a fair price (compared to comps in the area). The sales manager Mike popped in and was able to shave a little bit off the top, this got me to my budget without increasing term length. These two were a stark contrast from my experience at other dealers I visited. The finance manager Johnathan was great at explaining why certain add-ons may be necessary without overly pressuring you to add,add,add. He is a wizard with the rates, getting us significantly better rate than lenders from other dealers. Overall I never felt pressured, or worked over, The staff was friendly and had no non-sense approach which is a stark contrast compared other dealers. We will be back! When we purchased He was prompt and took copious notes. Got us a good deal on our trade in and then explained everything perfectly. Would recommend anyone to visit Sport Subaru and Wendell. More

It was New Years Eve and Mr. Duran listened to my needs, wants and pricing and gave me many options to choose from. No rush and no push. Once I made the decision on which one to purchase, the paperwork process was a breeze. Everyone wanted to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Which I am. Last, but certainly not least, Sport Subaru, doesn’t forget you when you drive off the lot. The care and service provided since 2019 has been outstanding.
