I went in not thinking I would get a car and left with my dream car. I did have an ongoing issue with a tire since I got the car but Andrew has continued to help me even after the sale. It means a lot to know I still can get help and message/call anytime. My boyfriend bought a truck two years ago and thank God we found Ferman! Thank you so much to Juan as well for taking the time to explain everything finance wise as well and making Sure I get the best bang for my buck. Seemed ok while the deal was being made. After they got paid it all fell apart. They haven't paid me for the car they bought from me even though I have a signed agreement to have a check in After they got paid it all fell apart. They haven't paid me for the car they bought from me even though I have a signed agreement to have a check in hand within 2-3 business days (it has now been 6 days). On top of that, they have already sold the vehicle that they havent paid me for. To top it off, alesman lost my second key to the truck. Now there is a spare key to my vehicle floating around somewhere and I still haven't been paid. All they offered was "sorry". Won't be making a future purchase here. More
