I understand you purchased from a dealer in New York. Have you reached out to them? When we sell a certified vehicle we stand behind our vehicle and our certification process. I would recommend contacting the dealer you purchased from. Part of the certification process is to test the battery as we do here.

Eric I understand that the battery is not under warranty but this is a certified pre owned car- where the battery should last well past 3 months time. Acura should stand behind this and pay for the repair.
